Virginia Beach is our highest-volume delivery area. Most renters end up at First Landing State Park or one of the private oceanfront parks, and we know the entry process at each one. Booking summer weekends usually means planning three to six months ahead.

If you are booking for a Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day weekend, do it now. First Landing fills up six to nine months out for those holidays. Off-peak (April, early May, September, October) is the sweet spot: the weather is great, the crowds are gone, and you can usually get a site two weeks out.

Yes. We are a delivery service, not a peer-to-peer marketplace. You do not need a truck, a hitch, or any towing experience. We bring the rig to your campsite, level it, hook up power and water, and walk you through every system before you arrive.
Free within 30 miles of Hampton, which covers most of Virginia Beach. Sites further out (Sandbridge, Dam Neck) may have a tiered delivery fee that we quote upfront.
Delivery, setup, fresh linens, towels, kitchen basics, propane, full fresh water, prepped tanks, walk-through, 24/7 support, and pickup. Cleaning is included so there is no surprise fee at checkout.
Three to six months out for summer weekends and holidays. Two to four weeks ahead in shoulder season (April-May, September-October).
