Starlink Wi-Fi, the generator, and the Jacuzzi experience are available in limited quantities and reserved on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. Early pick-up, late return, and delivery windows are subject to operational availability.
What is included

| RV essentials | Professionally cleaned and sanitized RV, an orientation walk-through on delivery where applicable, wheel chocks, stabilizer blocks, sewer hose, fresh water hose with filter, and electrical cord and adapters as applicable. |
| Kitchen essentials | Pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and mugs, silverware, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. |
| Cleaning supplies | Multi-purpose cleaning spray, Clorox wipes, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. |
| Sleeping essentials | Mattress protectors on every bed. Premium bedding, made beds, and linens are available through the Essentials Bundle. |
| Delivery & setup | We tow the rig to your campsite, level it, stabilize it, and hook up power, water, and sewer where available. |
| Pickup at end | We come back at the agreed time and tow the rig away. You do not handle dump or hookup teardown. |
House rules

| Smoking | No smoking or vaping inside any rig. $300 deep-clean fee if violated. Outside is fine. |
| Pets | Allowed in most rigs with a pet fee that varies by rig and stay length. Send breed and size at booking. Service animals welcome at no charge. |
| Mileage | Delivered RVs are stationary. We tow them to and from your site. No driving by guests, no per-mile charge. |
| Generator use | Onan generator included on Class C rigs. Quiet hours 10pm-7am at most campgrounds. No charge for normal use. |
| Towing & bikes | Bike racks and exterior gear welcome. We do not authorize towing trailers behind a Class C rental. |
| Parties & events | Bachelorette, wedding, and corporate event use is allowed with prior approval. Send details at booking. |
| Damage & loss | Refundable security deposit covers damage from misuse. Normal wear is on us. Major damage may be billed beyond the deposit. |
| Insurance | We carry commercial RV insurance through industry-specific policies. Optional renter protection available via Outdoorsy. |
Cancellation policy

| Weather cancellations | Handled case by case. We have rebooked many guests around storms with no penalty. |
| Outdoorsy bookings | Outdoorsy's standard cancellation policy applies; check the listing at booking time. |
These policies are written for the typical case. Anything specific to your trip will be confirmed in writing before you confirm. If we agree to something different in messages, that is what governs.
